Mr. Okubo brings over a decade of experience in operations, business development, and emerging technologies, working across Canada, the U.S., Japan, and Southeast Asia. He has built his career at the intersection of traditional industries and transformative technologies, applying innovation to enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability while navigating diverse regulatory environments and cross-border business dynamics. His expertise lies in strengthening supply chain integrity and governance frameworks, particularly within the critical minerals ecosystem where traceability and responsible sourcing are essential. With a proven track record of scaling ventures through strategic partnerships, Mr. Okubo positions organizations to align technological innovation with real-world applications in energy, infrastructure, and advanced materials markets.

Andreas Schleich

Director

Presently, Mr. Andreas Schleich a Director at Zeus North America Mining Corp., occupies the position of Chief Executive Officer & Director at Greenbank Ventures, Inc., Chief Executive Officer of ROMI Lab, Chief Executive Officer of Able & Howe Group, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer of charify.me GmbH. Mr. Schleich is also on the board of Vault Strategic Mining Corp Inc.

Quinn Field-Dyte

CEO & Director

Quinn Field-Dyte has many years of experience with multiple public company mergers and acquisitions, and was an investment adviser for five years.
Mr. Field-Dyte currently holds positions in multiple listed public companies, including being the president and director of GGX Gold Corp., chief financial officer and director of Quantum Battery Metals Corp., and more. Mr. Field-Dyte attended Capilano University and Langara College.

Daryn Gordon

CPA Director

Mr. Daryn Gordon is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with more than two decades of finance and accounting experience. He started his career at global auditing firms Grant Thornton LLP and PwC Canada. For the last fourteen years, Mr. Gordon has continued to expand his expertise and knowledge by providing CFO services to Canadian companies across a variety of industries. Mr. Gordon has a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Lethbridge.

Ken Kuiper

Founder

Mr. Kuiper is the founder of Ellis Park Media Inc.; a GIS and aerial survey company focused on serving the mineral exploration and resource sectors. Mr. Kuiper studied geography and earth sciences at the University of Western Ontario and has gained extensive experience working internationally with mineral exploration companies, resource issuers and organizations, including the United Nations and MAG Silver Corp. (MAG Silver Corp. was acquired for US$2.1 Billion by Pan American Silver on Sept 4th, 2025)

Mr. Kuiper has also acted as a key consultant to several companies that were subsequently acquired, including West Timmins Mining Inc. (Acquired for CAD$319M), Northern Empire Resources Corp. (Acquired for CAD$150M), Balmoral Resources Ltd. (Acquired for CAD$110M) and Corvus Gold Inc. (Acquired for US$375M) His experience includes geospatial data analysis, aerial survey coordination, project targeting, resource sector media, and technical support for exploration-stage companies advancing mineral assets across multiple jurisdictions

Mr. Kuiper is a partner at HMK Mining Corp., a North American project generator and provider of mining and exploration services. HMK Mining describes itself as a leading provider of mining and exploration services, founded by three industry professionals with years of experience in geological surveying, project development and regulatory navigation.
